NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 5th day of April, 2017, and entered in Case No: 15-000927-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-8CB, MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-8CB, is the Plaintiff and KRISTI A. CASSADY; GEORGE B. CASSADY; VINA DEL MAR ISLAND ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KRISTI A. CASSADY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE B. CASSADY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
