NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14-004322-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-OA6, Plaintiff, and, HOWELL, KIMBERLY, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of June, 2017, the following described property:
