TO: Jessica Ann Brave, Kody Louis Saylor, Darek Glenn Wiker, and all others who may claim an interest in the above-described $7,308.00 U.S. currency (hereinafter the “Property”). Petitioner, BOB GUALTIERI, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, seized the Property on or about April 19, 2017, at or near 321 Howard Drive, Largo, Pinellas County, Florida, and will file or has filed with the Pinellas County Circuit Court a verified Complaint for Forfeiture to obtain a Final Order of Forfeiture perfecting the right, interest and title to the Property for the use or benefit of the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, all pursuant to Section 932.701-.704, Florida Statutes (2016).
