BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO COLONIAL BANK BY ACQUISITION OF ASSETS FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER FOR COLONIAL BANK, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARIE L. COLLINS A/K/A MARIE COLLINS; BRENDA K. SHARKEY; THE ASSOCIATION OF RANCHERO VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS, INC.; RANCHERO VILLAGE CO-OP, INC.; BONNIE PERRY; WILLIAM DAVID COLLINS; ELIZABETH SCHMIDHEISERL; ANTHONY P. ROMANO; CHRISTINA ROMANO, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5TH day of JUNE, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 14878, PAGE 207, ET SEQ. PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA (THE MASTER AGREEMENT) AND AS LEGALLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT “A” TO SAID MASTER AGREEMENT.

surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
