NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2017, and entered in Case No. 12-012566-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. successor by merger with Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, successor by merger with World Savings Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Christi Dipple A/K/A Christi Gayle Dipple, Elisa Helen Cook,As Heir Of Michael Anthony Dipple A/K/A Michael Dipple, Deceased, Maryna Renee Dipple A/K/A Maryna Dipple, A Minor, As Heir Of Michael Anthony Dipple, Deceased, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors and trustees of Michael Anthony Dipple A/K/A Michael Dipple, Deceased, Unknown Tenants/Owners N/K/A Alec Nickerson, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 6th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
