Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment entered in the above-styled action, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, the Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton will sell:
The East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 41 South, Range 23 East, Charlotte County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT an easement for road right-of-way over the Northerly 30 feet of said parcel, and an easement across the East 15 feet of the land herein described per Warranty Deed recorded in Official Records Book 484, Page 337, all of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on June 12, 2017. Any prospective bidder shall post with the Clerk, prior to 10:00 a.m. the day of the sale a deposit equal to 5% of their bid. The deposit must be cashier's check or money order payable to the Clerk of Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 11:00 a.m. on the day after the sale by cashier's check or money order.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
