NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 9, 2017, entered in Case No. 2014CA004945AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-7N is the Plaintiff and Ernest Wilson a/k/a Ernest Frederick Wilson a/k/a Ernest F. Wilson; TheTownhomes at Lighhouse Cove V. Condominium Association, Inc.; Townhomes at Lighthouse Cove Commons Association, Inc.; Heritage Harbour Master Association, Inc; Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Randy Corren are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 9th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 607, BUILDING 6, TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE V, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2168, PAGES 5649 THROUGH 5731, INCLUSIVE, AND AN AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
