NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated April 27, 2017, entered in Case No. 53-2009-CA-010129 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Patricia A. Chenot; Gary D. Chenot; Any and all Unknown Parties Claiming by, though, under, or against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Wachovia Bank, National Association; Longwood Place Property Owners Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, LONGWOOD PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGES 23 AND 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
