NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-000759 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Sue Ann Lawless, as Personal Representative of The Estate of William James Sauve, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on June 9, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 34, OF LANCASTER SHORES SUBDIVISION, LAKE ALFRED, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
