NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 8, 2017 and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-198 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Annex Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on June 8, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 65, BLOCK 4, of that certain subdivision known as Crystal Lake RV Resort, Phase Three, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, in Plat Book 20, pages 3 through 5 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
