NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-001829-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Structured Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-9, is the Plaintiff and Irma Torres , Juan Carlos Macias , Pedro Perez , City of Marco Island, Florida, Marta Appelkvist aka Martha Appelkvist, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., Suncoast Credit Union fka Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 8th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
