NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2017, and entered in 11-2017-CA-000043-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR8 is the Plaintiff and EDWARD ARISTIZABAL A/K/A EDWARD M. ARISTIZABAL A/K/A EDWARD MARK ARISTIZABAL A/K/A ED M. ARISTIZABAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD ARISTIZABAL A/K/A EDWARD M. ARISTIZABAL A/K/A EDWARD MARK ARISTIZABAL A/K/A ED M. ARISTIZABAL; SHELLY ARISTIZABAL A/K/A SHELLY D. ARISTIZABAL A/K/A SHELLY DENISE ARISTIZABAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHELLY ARISTIZABAL A/K/A SHELLY D.
