NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2017, and entered in 11-2017-CA-000043-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR8 is the Plaintiff and EDWARD ARISTIZABAL A/K/A EDWARD M. ARISTIZABAL A/K/A EDWARD MARK ARISTIZABAL A/K/A ED M. ARISTIZABAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD ARISTIZABAL A/K/A EDWARD M. ARISTIZABAL A/K/A EDWARD MARK ARISTIZABAL A/K/A ED M. ARISTIZABAL; SHELLY ARISTIZABAL A/K/A SHELLY D. ARISTIZABAL A/K/A SHELLY DENISE ARISTIZABAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHELLY ARISTIZABAL A/K/A SHELLY D. ARISTIZABAL A/K/A SHELLY DENISE ARISTIZABAL; BOTANICAL PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on June 8, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 8101, BOTANICAL PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3933, PAGE 2592, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
