Final Judgment was awarded on May 11. 2017 in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-002069, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST., is the Plaintiff, and LINDA SWANSON; JERRY W. SWANSON; FIFTH THIRD BANK-SOUTH FLORIDA; CITRUS GREENS AT ORANGE TREE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; ORANGE TREE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
