NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-000939 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, as successor Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments, II Inc., Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust 2006-2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-2, Plaintiff and Terry Ellen Knight a/k/a Terry Ellen Butterworth a/k/a Terry E. Knight a/k/a Terry Knight Et AL are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on June 8, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

S-103 , CANTERBURY VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1399, PAGES 576 TO 645, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
