NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 2015-CA-001878-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RONALD A. BURNETT SR. A/K/A RONALD A. BURNETT A/K/A RONALD BURNETT SR. A/K/A RONALD BURNETT; RONALD A. BURNETT, JR., are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 8th day of June, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 51, MELODIE HILLS, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 140, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
