NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2017, entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-003276-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Deborah Pelphrey a/ka/ Deborah Svehla; James Pelphrey a/k/a James Allen Pelphrey; The Unknown Spouse of Deborah Pelphrey a/k/a Deborah Svehla; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 7th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 555, OF THE PROPOSED PLAT OF PALM TERRACE GARDENS UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PROPOSED PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 628, PAGE 756-758, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
