Thence (continue) North 89 degrees 46'50" West a distance of 150.0 feet, thence North 00 degrees 23'37" East a distance of 290.4 feet, thence South 89 degrees 46'50" East a distance of 150.0 feet, thence South 00 degrees 23'37" West a distance of 290.4 feet to the Point of Beginning.
