NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure Sale dated May 10, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-003368 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-56, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-56, is Plaintiff and LARISSA KORSOUNOVA, et al, are Defendants. The clerk KAREN E. RUSHING shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on June 13, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property located in Sarasota County as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
