MCCORMICK A/K/A JILL MCCORMICK; CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on June 13, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 308, SARASOTA SPRINGS UNIT 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
