FERGUSON REVOCABLE TRUST U/A DATED AUGUST 29, 2012 and ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OR THEIR SUCCESSOR IN TRUST UNDER THE WILLIAM L. FERGUSON REVOCABLE TRUST U/A DATED AUGUST 29, 2012, if living, and if deceased, any respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against them, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.
The property herein described is as follows:
Unit 1E, Cluster I, Sunrise Villas Condominium, Section I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 1439, Page 1322, and as amended, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 17, Page 10, and as amended, of Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an Amended Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by SVC I, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David J. Fredericks, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or June 19, 2017; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER (Sarasota Edition).
