The administration of the Estate of Ethel M. Gruther, Deceased, File Number 2017 CP 001187 NC is pending in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Sarasota County Courthouse, Probate Department, the address of which is 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, FL 34237. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representative's Attorney are set forth below.

ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
