IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
CIVIL ACTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to the Amended Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 10 day of May, 2017 and entered in Case No. 16-CA-3125, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein PIETER WIERSEMA is the Plaintiff and SOUTHWEST FLORIDA PROPERTIES, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, HAMZA RASHID, an individual, UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF 404 NW 7th TERRACE, and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF 2654 AMBER LAKE DRIVE are defendants. Linda Dodgett, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26 day of June, 2017, at 9 o'clock A.M the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit
Parcel 1.

Lot 2, Block 7047, CORAL LAKES PHASE D, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat as Instrument #2005000004208, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Parcel 2.

Lots 36 and 37, Block 2561, CAPE CORAL UNIT 37, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 15 through 29, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
pursuant to the order of final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:
Any person claiming of an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
