NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2017, entered in Case No. 16-CA-000615 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Funding 2008-FT1 Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and Armond W. Crostreet; Margie C. Crostreet a/k/a Margie Crostreet; Bank of America, N.A. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 31st day of May, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 33 AND 34, BLOCK 4, UNIT 1, FORT MYERS SHORES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, AT PAGES 151 THROUGH 153, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
