NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2017, entered in Case No. 14-CA-052118 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association as Trustee for the Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-32 is the Plaintiff and Unknown Successor Trustee of the Delaine J. Waters Revocable Trust dated April 22, 2003; Unknown Beneficiaries of the Delaine J. Waters Revocable Trust dated April 22, 2003; Christine Stevenson a/k/a Christine Cuevas Stevenson; Davin L. McBride a/k/a Davin Lahari McBride, The Delanie J. Waters Revocable Trust Date April 22, 2003; Christine Stevenson A/K/A Christine Cuevas Stevenson as successor trustee to the Delanie J. Waters revocable trust date April 22, 2003 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on June 12, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 25, UNIT 2 OF LEHIGH ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION OF LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
