NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated April 19, 2017, entered in Case No. 10-CA-018518 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association is the Plaintiff and Kathleen M Balthazard; Scott Balthazard; Hunter's Green Community Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 1st day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, HUNTER'S GREEN, PARCEL 17B, PHASE 1B/2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
