NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2017, entered in Case No. 14-CA-007564 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Branch Banking and Trust Company is the Plaintiff and Laura L. Seward A/K/A Laura Lee Ace Estrada; Unknown Spouse of Laura L. Seward A/K/A Laura Lee Ace Estrada; Unknown Tenat I N/K/A Jackie Seward; Unifund CCR Partners Assignee of Citibank; Hillsborough County, a political subdivision of The State of Florida; Chester Seward, Jr.; Asset Acceptance LLC; Dell Financial Services, LLC; FIA Card Services, N.A. f/k/a MBNA America Bank, N.A.; Unknown Spouse of Fernando Arce Estrada; Unknown Spouse of Jacquelyn Ellen Seward; Unknown Tenant II are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 1st day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, CRESTRIDGE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
