NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 12, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-012279 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and REGIS NEARY; PATRICIA BLENAIME NEARY A/K/A PATRICIA BIENAIME NEARY; HERITAGE HARBOR GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. ; SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 08, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
