NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2017entered in Case No. 12-007267-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF TAMPA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT I TRUST is the Plaintiff and Jacqueline Whitney Ligon A/K/A Jacqueline Ligon; The Unknown Spouse of Jacqueline Whitney Ligon A/K/A Jacqueline Ligon; Ryan Ligon; The Unknown Spouse of Ryan Ligon; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Citibank, National Association (701 East 60th Street North Sioux Falls, SD 57104) Successor By Merger To Citibank, Federal Savings Bank; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 the name being ficitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, OAKWOOD - HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
