NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 8, 2017, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Apartment 22C together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of DEERWOOD GARDENS I, as set forth in Condominium Plat Book 21, Pages 67 through 68, and in O.R. Book 4307, Pages 1968 through 2003, inclusive., and as amended by amendment recorded in O.R. Book 4313, Pages 138 through 141, which Declaration of Condominium has been amended and restated pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4588, Pages 552-643, inclusive, and Condominium Plat Book 25, Pages 107, 108 and 109, and as amended by Amendment establishing Phase III of the condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4674, Pages 848 through 852, inclusive, and Condominium Plat Book 28, Pages 51 through 52, and as further amended by amendment establishing Phase IV of this condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4807, Pages 1730 through 1734, inclusive, and Condominium Plat Book 32, Pages 40 and 41, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
