NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 16-004936-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is Plaintiff and DEBRA L. STULTZ; et al., Defendant(s).
The Clerk, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on September 12, 2017, on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14C, of WEDGE WOOD OF PALM HARBOR - UNIT 1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 91, Pages 52 through 53, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
