NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2016-CA-000389 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Selene Finance LP, Plaintiff and Robert Williams, Surviving Spouse of Mary Williams, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 22, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
A LEASEHOLD INTEREST IN AND TO CONDOMINIUM APARTMENT NO. 831, IN BUILDING NO. 14 OF HEATHER HILL APARTMENTS NO. XIV, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4149, PAGE 1555, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
