NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 15, 2017 in Civil Case No. 52-2016-CA-002501 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC is Plaintiff and ZEMA J. FLORENCE, JR., ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29TH day of June, 2017 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 35, BLOCK 6, WEST WEDGEWOOD PARK FIFTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
