NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 20, 2017 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-011421 , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and LEWIS MENAHEM LIVING TRUST; UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF THE LEWIS MENAHEM LIVING TRUST; BEACHWAY SEMINOLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; LEWIS MENAHEM; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LEWIS MENAHEM LIVING TRUST; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 5, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 6104, OF BEACHWAY CONDOMINIUMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 142, PAGE(S) 11 AND 12, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15112, PAGE 1815, ET SEQ., AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15809, PAGE 1234, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
