ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ST PETERSBURG IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND STATE OF FLORIDA AND BEING DESCRIBED IN A DEED DATED 05/14/1983 AND RECORDED 05/27/1983 IN BOOK 5535 PAGE 475 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF THE COUNTY AND STATE SET FORTH ABOVE AND REFERENCED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 18, BLOCK C, SUBDIVISION ROMEO HEIGHTS, PLAT BOOK 7, PLAT PAGE, 43, RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
