WILLHITE A/K/A JAMES FLOYD WILLHITE, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A SHANNON KOVEL; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A MARK KOVEL; ROSEMARY G. SLATER A/K/A ROSEMARY SLATER; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OF THE ESTATE OF JAMES WILLHITE A/K/A JAMES F. WILLHITE A/K/A JAMES FLOYD WILLHITE, DECEASED; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF JAMES WILLHITE A/K/A JAMES F. WILLHITE A/K/A JAMES FLOYD WILLHITE, DECEASED; SHARON JONES; BARBARA WILLHITE MACHNIS A/K/A BARBARA JEAN MACHNIS A/K/A BARBARA MACHNIS; DAVID LEE WILLHITE A/K/A DAVID WILLHITE; PATRICIA BODERICK; MICHAEL THOMAS WILLHITE A/K/A MICHAEL T. WILLHITE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 6, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 82.43 FEET OF THE NORTH 197.86 FEET OF THE EAST 165 FEET OF THE WEST 330 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, LESS THE WEST 30 FEET FOR RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSES.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
