NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 1, 2017, entered in Case No. 48-2011-CA-013327-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. (FORMERLY KNOWN AS FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK) AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-1 is the Plaintiff and Humberto Najera A/K/A Humberto A. Najera; Celia Najera; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Rio Pinar Lakes Homeowner's Association, Inc. ; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3 and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 13th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, RIO PINAR LAKES - UNIT III-C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE(S) 145, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
