NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and to Disburse from Registry dated May 16, 2017 entered in Civil Case No.: 2016-CA-002633-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, Foreclosure Sale will be held online via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com pursuant to Judgment or Order of the Court and Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 AM on the 3rd day of July, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, BRONSONS LANDING ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 139-149, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
