NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Reset of Foreclosure Sale dated May 4, 2017, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-010273-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association f/k/a The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-KS2 is the Plaintiff and Richard R. Baker; The Unknown Spouse of Richard R. Baker; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; United States Of America; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 8th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK D, WINTER PARK ESTATES SECTION ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK U, PAGE 146 AND 147, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
