NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 11, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-009158-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XIV TRUST is Plaintiff and JOEL REEVES; LAUREN REEVES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BY AND THROUGH THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; FLORIDA HOSPITAL CREDIT UNION; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; MAUDEHELEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 28 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, MAUDEHELEN SUBDIVISION PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
