NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on June 8, 2017, that certain real property situated in the County of Charlotte, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 789, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 23, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 2A, Thru 2Z41, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
