YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for reformation and quiet title on the following property in Charlotte County, Florida:
The certain portion of the North 7/8 of Section 34, Township 41 South, Range 23 East, lying South and West of Tamiami Trail, and described as follows:
Beginning on the Southerly boundary of U.S. Road 41, commonly known as Tamiami Trail, where it intersect with the Eastern Section line of the above described tract of land; then Northwesterly with said Southern Boundary of said Tamiami Trail, 1500 feet to a point which is the point of beginning; thence continue Northwesterly along the Southern Boundary of said Tamiami Trail 500 feet to a point; thence Southerly and at right angles to the Tamiami Trail 290 feet to a point; thence Southeasterly and parallel to said Tamiami Trail 500 feet to appoint; thence Northerly 290 feet to a point of beginning, being a tract of land fronting 500 feet on the Tamiami Trail and 290 feet in depth.
Less and except any road right-of-way.

A parcel of real property lying within Section 34, Township 41 South, Range 23 East, as shown on the Amended Plat of South Punta Gorda Heights First Addition Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 17, of the public records of Charlotte County, Florida, being more specifically described as follows:
From the intersection thereof with the Southwesterly Right of Way Line of State Road 45, U. S. Highway 41, according to Florida Department of Transportation Right of Way Map Section 01010-2512 and the Northerly Right of Way Line of Notre Dame Boulevard of Amended Plat, bear N45°42'10”W, along said Southwesterly Right of Way Line, a distance of 1643.30 feet to the Southeasterly corner of Lot 43B of Amended Plat; thence S45°31'10”W, along the Southeasterly line of Lot 43B, a distance of 55.00 feet and the Point of Beginning;
thence continue S45°31'10”W, along said Southeasterly line, a distance of 235.00 feet to the Northeasterly line of Park Parcel of Amended Plat; thence S45°42'10”E, along said Northeasterly line, a distance of 300.30 feet to the most Southeasterly corner of Park Parcel, on the Northeasterly line of Lot 1702 of Amended Plat; thence S47°41'50”E, along Northeasterly line of Lots 1702 through 1707, a distance of 199.97 feet; thence N45°31'10”E, 228.04 feet to a point lying 55.00 feet Southwesterly of said State Road 45 Right of Way Line; thence N45°42'10”W, parallel with and 55.00 feet Southwesterly from said Right of Way Line, a distance of 500.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
