TOMA, an individual; PAUL J. TOMA, an individual; JOHN DOE I and JANE DOE I, as Unknown Tenants; JOHN DOE II and JANE DOE II, as Unknown Tenants; JOHN DOE III and JANE DOE III, as Unknown Tenants; JOHN DOE IV and JANE DOE IV, as Unknown Tenants; JOHN DOE V and JANE DOE V, as Unknown Tenants and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons, unknown entities, unknown parties or unknown spouses claiming by, through or under any of the above-named Defendants Defendants, I sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 am www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 23RD of June, 2017, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
