NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 09, 2017, and entered in Case No. 412016CA002564CAAXMA of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR NEWLANDS ASSET HOLDING TRUST, is Plaintiff, and ROBERT KIEPURA A/K/A ROBERT J. KIEPURA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium unit 4406, Building 44, Phase 11, WILLOWBROOK, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2187, Pages 2990 through 3154, and amended by document recorded in Official Records Book 2250, Page 4124, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
