NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on April 30, 2014 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 28, BLOCK J, WHITE BEAR PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 225, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2220 9TH AVE W, BRADENTON, FLORIDA 34205
Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court, ANGELINA “ANGEL” COLONNESCO, on the 9th day of June 2017 at 11:00 am (Eastern Time) by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
