APPEARS TO BE LOT 3, H. L. MOSS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 10, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
