NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 23, 2017, in case No. 2016CA003384, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF SW REMIC TRUST 2015-1, is the Plaintiff and GREGORY C. HAMILTON; KATHLEEN A. HAMILTON, HARBORAGE ON BRADEN RIVER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION III, INC.; AND ALL OTHER PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN AND TO THE PROPERTY UNDER FORECLOSURE HEREIN, AND JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT(S), are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on July 25, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
