NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2017, and entered in Case No. 532016CA003129000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein BANKUNITED, N.A. is Plaintiff and CHRISTINA PRICE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINA PRICE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FAIRWAYS-LAKE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 8 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 117, OF FAIRWAYS LAKE ESTATES, PHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, AT PAGES 2 AND 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.1-21.5.
