NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 2, 2017, entered in Case No. 53-2010-CA-002353 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Josephine Morgan; The Unknown Spouse of Josephine Morgan; EDNA MORGAN; Any and all Unknown Parties Claiming By, though, Under and against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouse , Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Association of Poinciana Villages, Inc.; Poinciana Village Three Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1599, POINCIANA, NEIGHBORHOOD 2, VILLAGE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 12 THROUGH 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
