NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2017 in Case No. 2017CA000561000000 in the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein CYPRESSWOODS VILLAS ON THE GREEN HOMEONWERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and DAVID L. HARSH, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on July 3, 2017. ( ) www.polk.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 76, BUILDIJNG “Q” OF CYPRESSWOOD TENNIS VILLAS ALSO KNOWN AS VILLAS ON THE GREEN AND FURTHER DESCRIBED AS: BEGINING AT A POINT 1161.96 FEET NORTH AND 1110.06 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 660 CLUBHOUSE ROAD, WINTER HAVEN, FLORIDA 33884.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
