NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017CA000528000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which The Money Source, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Edgar Garcia, Ivette Garcia, Oak Preserve Homeowners Association, Inc., Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 20th day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 65, OAK PRESERVE PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 126, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
